FAQ

What's the heart window for — display or storage? Both. The heart-shaped window is a small independent zipped compartment on the upper front panel. You can use it as a mini display for one featured piece visible from the outside, or as a small storage pocket for flat items like cards, stickers, or earphones that you want quick access to.

How large is the main display window? 28cm wide × 20cm tall — almost the full width of the front face. It fits A5 photocards lying flat, rows of 25-58mm badges, acrylic standees up to about 15cm tall, and small plushies pressed against the mesh backing.

Can I attach bag chains to this backpack? Yes — there are four D-ring metal loops on the sides of the bag, two on each side, specifically for attaching chains, charms, or strap extensions. Standard ita bag chains and carabiner clips attach directly to these rings.

Is the waist strap removable? Yes — the waist clip buckle strap is removable. You can wear the backpack without it on lighter days, or clip it on when carrying a full load for added stability.

Will this fit a 15" laptop? The main compartment is sized for a 13" laptop comfortably. A 15" laptop may fit depending on the model but will be a tighter fit — we recommend 13" or under for comfortable daily use.
