Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. If your destination is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping normally takes 5–20 business days after dispatch. Including processing time, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–25 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather, local carrier delays and peak shopping periods can extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@itabaglover.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has started.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, contact us at support@itabaglover.com. We will help you check the shipment with the carrier.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be made within 15 days after delivery. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete conditions and return-shipping responsibilities.
