How the flip works.

The structured flap folds cleanly over the back of the bag and stays there — it doesn't flop around or need to be held in place. When you arrive at the convention, the fan meet, the album release event — flip it back and your display is live. When you're commuting or on the train, flip it forward and the bag reads as a regular crossbody. The transition takes about two seconds.
